Services include examinations, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Most dental insurances are accepted and discounted fees are available for those who qualify.

The minimum fee for uninsured clients is $20.  this amount is due and payable at each clinic visit.  The remaining balance is determined by whether or not the client qualifies for a sliding fee scale discount.  This discount is based on verification of an individual's income and household size. 

Hours:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm.

Thursday 8:00am - 12:00pm.
