About Mountain Park Health Center, Gateway Clinic

Mountain Park provides dental services to our established patients at the Baseline and Maryvale clinics and to our Christown clinic pediatric patients. All of our dentists are dedicated to quality affordable dental care.

Mountain Park is not accepting new adult patients at this time, unless you are recommended by your Mountain Park doctor.

Mountain Park offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program.

Hours:

 Monday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

 Tuesday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.

 Wednesday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
