Dental care for disabled, elderly or medically-compromised individuals who cannot afford dental care.
Provides:
 -basic dentistry needs
 -dental referrals
 -information on dental services.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (MST)
Intake Process:
One must lack adequate income to pay for dental care AND be:
*Permanently disabled or
*Medically at-risk or
*65 years of age or older.
