 Hygiene, oral health education, X-rays, Fluoride treatment

Restorative care includes:

 Examinations, fillings, crowns, root canals, tooth removal, dentures

StayWell Health offers a Sliding Fee Scale Program for patients who do not have insurance or whose income is insufficient to pay outstanding balances. The amount of the sliding fee discount is based on your family size, income, and determined using the Federal Poverty Level established income guidelines.

Hours: Monday & Wednesday 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM and Saturday by appointment.
