Provides clinical health services to residents. Family planning, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, children's health clinic, and EPSDT program, WIC, immunizations, family Primary Care and dental services are part of the services offered at this outpatient clinic.

Hours:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Tuesday,Thursday & Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday
