Gateway Community Health Center Dental Clinic offers a variety of dental services including preventive services, restorative services, and limited oral surgery services for children and adults. Preventive services include dental exams, radio-graphs, dental cleanings, oral hygiene instruction and dental sealants. Restorative services include dental fillings and pediatric dental crowns. Clients are offered advanced restorative services provided by Center staff in conjunction with prosthodontics and periodontal residents from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental Branch. The Center provides a schedule of discounts to all individuals and families with an annual income at or below 200 percent of the most recent U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Federal Poverty Guidelines. The Center will offer to all eligible patients a sliding fee discount based on income and family size and no other factor.
