Charity Dental Clinic provide dental treatment for low income seniors. They work with patients who do not have any dental insurance. Whenever appointments are available, they will email you to offer you the times. Then you can send an email back to confirm. 

If they have your email address, you will be contacted first. If you don't have an email address, see if you can ask a friend or relative who has an email address to see if you can use their email address. Your friend or relative can then call you whenever they send him/her an email.
