Community Options provides programs and coordinates services to people with developmental disabilities.
Services include but are not limited to:
Early Intervention
For children from birth - 3 years of age who demonstrate a disability or delay in their development. Specialists work with parents and their child to coordinate activities and learning techniques to enhance the child's development.
Family Support Services
For families with an eligible family member with developmental disabilities who live in the family home. Family Support Services can provide financial assistance for needs such as:
- Respite Care
- Transportation
- Professional Services
- Home Modifications
- Assistive Technology
- Medical & Dental Services
- Parenting & Sibling Support
- Other Individual Expenses
Children's Extensive Support Waiver
Provides assistance for specific services to assist a child 17 and under to remain in the home, support long term stability of the family setting and prevent out-of-home placement for the child
Day Program Services are available to provide social, educational and vocational programs to bring participants into the mainstream flow of community life and allow those who want a work a chance to show a capacity for performing work. Call for more information on Day Program site locations.
Residential Services are available to offer 24-hour support for residents. Services include group homes and host homes that provide a family-like setting.
Case Management is also provided to help coordinate and monitor services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Administrative hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
