For low to moderate income uninsured or under-insured residents of Mesa County who are at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Sliding scale fee available based on family size and income
Fee Amounts: Varies depending on insurance co-pays and sliding scale fees
Insurance Accepted: Medicaid, Medicare, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Delta Dental, and Self Pay/Uninsured

Monday: 8am – 6pm
Tuesday: 8am – 6pm
Wednesday: 9am – 6pm
Thursday: 9am – 8pm
Friday:    8am –12 noon
