About Family Visitor Program - Garfield County

Healthy Families America promotes wellness for high-risk families who are pregnant or have newborns by offering universal, accessible and non-stigmatizing services tailored to the family's unique situation.

Healthy Families America can provide information on:
- Medical and dental providers, as well as recommended immunization schedules
- Childhood development
- Parent-child relationships
- Prenatal care
- School readiness and education
- Mental health services
- Housing
- Employment
- Child care
- Public and private economic assistance
Families will receive services for three years. Services can be extended up to five years. Visits occur weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on client's needs.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
