About Community Action Partner of Natrona County

The Health Care for the Homeless Clinic is located at the Life Steps Campus, Several transitional housing shelters, an adolescent substance abuse treatment program and other services are also located on campus.

HCH Clinic provides health care regardless of ability to pay. A sliding scale based on family size and income is used to determine the charge for each patient. Patients that are at 100% or less of the national poverty guidelines are charged a small fee. No HCH-eligible person is denied services if unable to pay. We accept Kid Care Plan A (Medicaid), Kid Care Plan B (CHIP) and some private insurance plans.
