Uninsured or Cash Patients
We offer a sliding scale fee schedule determined by your monthly income. This fee scale is determined by the National Poverty Guideline.

Hours: Mondays through Thursdays: 8:30 - 5:00 (closed for lunch 12:30-1:30)
Fridays: 7:30 - 12:00, 1:00 - 4:00 (closed for lunch 12:00 - 1:00)
Saturdays: 8:30 - 2:30pm
