Exams, digital x-rays, cleanings, deep cleanings, extractions*, fillings, crowns*, front tooth root canals*, dentures/partials, sealants, and mouth guards.

All insurances are accepted, patients need to look at individual plans for coverage details (not all services will be covered by all insurances, co-payments may be necessary). Uninsured patients may apply for sliding fee scale based on income. Payment is expected at time of service.

Monday - Wednesday 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Thursday- Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
