Have a sliding fee scale for patients without health insurance, which is based on family size and income.

Hours:

 Mondays – Fridays, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

  (Closed for lunch between 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays and between 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.)
