Sliding Scale Fee. Dental care discounts range from 60%-75% depending on income and household size. For services requiring a lab, the fees include the cost of the lab and the discounted cost of the procedure. Accepts TennCare and most private insurance plans.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Wednesday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
