About St. Joseph Medical and Dental Center
St. Joseph's Medical and Dental Clinic (SJMDC) is an independent non-profit organization serving Waukesha County. Our mission is to support the health of uninsured and low-income residents of Waukesha County. We accomplish this by providing access to free or discounted medical and dental care, medications, and related support services.
Our clientele consists of unemployed or œworking poor residents of Waukesha County who do not have insurance. We are not a Medicaid provider. Our healthcare professionals provide their services for free at on-site clinics or agree to accept patients in their offices at a discounted rate.
Patients receive oral exams, x-rays, cleanings, and oral hygiene instruction onsite and at satellite clinics.
Emergency extractions, restorative work, and other treatments are provided by dentists in our network.
Ask about our payment programs for adults 60 or older.
Patient education and care coordination is an integral part of our services.
